Here are the newer photos we took while on our home inspection on 7/2. Now we just need to figure out how we can afford to fence the yard, pull up the pink carpet, and paint the pastel striped walls!

the
house
from
pretty
far
back
in
the
yard.
We'd
love
to
take
out
the
random
landscape/retaining
wall
beds
next
summer.

| The
deck
is
painted
black
(yuck!),
but
it
seems
to
be
in
good
structural
condition...so
it'll
have
to
stick
around
for
a
while.
The
glass
doors
are
into
the
lower
level
family
room,
with
the
2
windows
on
the
lower
level
in
the
laundry
room
and
bathroom.
The
bay
window
above
is
in
the
dining
room,
with
sliding
glass
doors
from
the
kitchen.

front

is
from
the
master
bedroom.
Not
sure
which
was
first,
the
deck
or
the
doors,
but
it's
something
we'd
eventually
like
to
fix
(extend
the
deck
to
the
master
bedroom).

porch

You
can
see
it's
not
that
deep
-
but
it's
still
enough
to
put
a
couple
chairs
on.
We
also
think
that
eventually,
we'd
like
a
stair
going
down
to
the
backyard
from
there
(which
looks
like
what
was
originally
intended,
with
the
overhang
past
the
end
of
the
house).
