After a very short delivery - 2.5 hours from first contraction to delivery, with only an hour at the hospital with no time for any drugs - we were very happy to have Kellar finally with us. And yes, we really were surprised it was a girl - we did NOT know in advance.
Our friend Julie was the first visitor - just a day before heading off to Arizona to get married. She was pleased we could fit the birth into her very busy schedule. Then Grandma Lester arrived and brought plenty of pretty pink things! She didn't stay too long, as she had to get home to take care of Cooper. Unfortunately, we have no photos of either of those visitors. Later in the day Aunt Betty came to visit, with Kellar's first pink bear. Marlo also visited before her shift started in the emergency room - again, no photos. Sorry.
